*Shipping Delays due to Chinese New Year*


Due to Chinese New Year, orders shipping from our China warehouse will be experiencing delays throughout the month of February. Our Warehouse will be closed starting Feb 8th and will resume operations on Feb 18th where orders will be processed as they are received.

Please expect orders to take longer than our usual processing time (2-5 business days). We will continue to do our best at processing it within our normal time period, however there may be additional delays due to backlog. Once orders are processed shipping times should still be within the 2-4 week period, but depending on the courier service used to ship to your country there may be additional 2 week delay.

Due to COVID-19 a lot of our orders are having extreme delays in areas of the world due to the unprecedented shutdowns across the globe. Unfortunately due to this we cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival as some of our partnered couriers are experiencing staff shortages and/or partial to complete shutdowns in multiple areas.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 US. Any orders under $50 US will be subject to a Shipping and Handling Fees.

Processing & Handling time generally takes 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) starting the business day AFTER your order was placed. (I.E. Your order was placed on a Friday, processing starts the following Monday). Processing may take longer for some orders/parts of orders depending on current demand and other miscellaneous factors.

Generally all of our items arrive within 3 weeks of placing your order, however that may not be true for every case. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing time and allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of placing your order please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue. In extreme cases it can take up to 8 weeks to deliver your order, however this is rare.

In MOST cases orders will come with one, or more, tracking numbers free of charge. However, not all orders will come with tracking. In order to track your order please visit our info page here

Not all items will be processed and/or shipped at the same time. If your order contains two or more separate items it is not guaranteed to arrive or ship at the same time. We ship all items as soon as they are available due to having multiple facilities.
