Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 a lot of our orders are having extreme delays in areas of the world due to the unprecedented shutdowns across the globe. Unfortunately due to this we cannot guarantee a specific date of arrival as some of our partnered couriers are experiencing staff shortages and/or partial to complete shutdowns in multiple areas.

Our shipping policy is as follows:

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50 US. Any orders under $50 US will be subject to a Shipping and Handling Fees.

Generally all of our items arrive within 3 weeks of placing your order, however that may not be true for every case. Please allow a week for processing time and allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within 6 weeks of placing your order please contact us immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue.

In MOST cases orders will come with one, or more, tracking numbers free of charge. However, not all orders will come with tracking. In order to track your order please visit our info page here

Not all items will be processed and/or shipped at the same time. If your order contains two or more separate items it is not guaranteed to arrive or ship at the same time. We ship all items as soon as they are available due to having multiple facilities.
